	Manuela Aparicio is Assistant Professor at Information Management School (NOVA IMS), Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, and a researcher at MagIC/ NOVA IMS. She holds a PhD in Information Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL). Her research interests include the evaluation of information systems adoption, usage, and success. Her work appears in the ACM Digital Library and several top journals. Manuela is a professional member of ACM since 2007, chair of EuroSIGDOC/ACM chapter and belongs to ACM Women.
	Carlos J. Costa is Associate Professor at ISEG (Lisbon School of Economics and Management), University of Lisbon. Carlos is a member of IEEE and ACM. He was also chair of EuroSIGDOC / ACM. Carlos holds a PhD in Information Sciences and Technologies in the field of Information Systems and Databases from ISCTE. His research interests include Information Systems Theory, ERP, gamification and Free and Open Source Software. Carlos has more than 200 publications.
