Please note:

If your submission is accepted, you are expected to register for and attend the conference. In the case of multiple authors, at least one must register. Failure to have at least one author register will result in a charge equal to one registration.

Registration fees:

Student (before August 31):  $75
Student (after August 31): $100
Member (before August 31): $325
Member (after August 31): $375
Non-member (before August 31): $375
Non-member (after August 31): $425

Workshop fees will be published when registration opens in mid-summer.

Visa requests:

ACM’s policy regarding invitation letters and support for visa requests dictates that the process must be handled/initiated by headquarters. ACM does not issue invitation letters but rather “support” letters. The letter indicates the name, dates and location of the conference. If the requesting person is an author of a paper or presenter, etc., that information will be included as well.
