Liza Potts is the Director of the award-winning WIDE Research lab and a Professor at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USA, where she studies user experience and digital cultures. She is a Past Chair of SIGDOC. She is the co-editor of Rhetoric and Experience Architecture (Parlor Press, 2018), the author of Social Media in Disaster Response: How Experience Architects Can Build for Participation (Routledge, 2014), and the lead author of Participatory Memory: Fandom Experiences Across Time and Space (enculturation, 2018).
