The ACM Special Interest Group on the Design of Communication 2023 Conference (SIGDOC ’23) in Orlando, FL, USA is an excellent opportunity to promote your organization to an international audience of researchers and practitioners. Our sponsorship model can help your organization build ties with both the SIGDOC and local communities. The sponsorship levels described below are flexible. Sponsorship Options
Program and Website: $250
Have your institutional logo or programmatic advertisement included in the program and on the conference website.
Student Research Competition (SRC): $500
The SRC is a competition open to undergraduate and graduate students to present their research. Historically sponsored by Microsoft, SIGDOC now covers reimbursement for travel for students of up to $500. Sponsoring the SRC means that we can maintain this level of reimbursement. This option also includes having your institutional logo or programmatic advertisement included in the program and on the conference website.
Ignite Talks Event Sponsorship: $500
The Ignite Talks event serves our our academic-industry mixer. This event will take place at the Orange County Regional History Center in Orlando, FL from 6:00pm-9:00pm on Thursday, October 26th, 2023. Sponsorship towards this event will get you recognition as a sponsor of the event itself, which would be titled: Ignite Talks, sponsored by [your university or company]. This option also includes having your institutional logo or programmatic advertisement included in the program and on the conference website.
Lanyards & Name Tags: $750
Have your institution or company logo on a number of name tag lanyards or on the name tag itself along the bottom. This option also includes having your institutional logo or programmatic advertisement included in the program and on the conference website.
