This page reviews information about registration and workshop fees. To register as a member, you must either be a SIGDOC member or an ACM Professional Member (or both) before you start the registration process. You will be asked for your member number once registration commences. Step 1: Join ACM / SIGDOC

To register as a member, you must either be a SIGDOC member or an ACM Professional Member (or both). Once you start registration, you will be asked for your membership number.

  • Professional SIGDOC membership: $45
  • Student SIGDOC membership: $25

Step 2. Register for the Conference & Review Fees

Once you verify or purchase your SIGDOC (or ACM) membership, the next step is to register for the conference: https://cvent.me/m2a1NB

SIGDOC’s conference registration fees are listed below. “Early” registration ends one month before the conference (September 23, 2025).

Refund Policy

  • If canceled by 9/23/2025: 100%
  • If canceled by 10/24/2025: 50%

Step 3. Review and Register for Workshops

In addition to an exciting program of talks, we also offer three workshops, with one online and two on-site. There is an additional fee of $25 for individual workshops, which is not included in registration fees.
